About Nancie
Nancie Kosnoff has been a Realtor since 2005. She is a certified EcoBroker and green building/restoration specialist. Having raised a family in Seattle (her youngest just started college), Nancie is deeply familiar with the Seattle community, its neighborhoods, and schools.

Helping people is more than a vocation for Nancie. With superb listening skills and talent for creative problem-solving, Nancie is adept at identifying needs and priorities, exploring all the viable options, and negotiating a great solution.

A Passion for Community
This talent applies not only to her realty practice but to her passion for community, For decades, Nancie has devoted time, talent, and resources to schools, charities, and politics. Most recently, Nancie co-founded Queen Anne Neighbors for Responsible Growth, the Queen Anne Farmer's Market, and the Good Neighbor Gardening Project. She helped her neighbors launch the Queen Anne Movie Guild, which specializes in showing films on sustainability and environmental issues.

Whether the result is a new home or a renewed community, Nancie's passion for people is evident in all she does.

Nancie is a professional at home restoration as well as green building practices and materials. She has owned and remodeled several "elderly" homes and is skilled at identifying what fixers are worthy of love and resources, and which should be avoided. The recent green remodel of her personal residence is a fittingly beautiful -- and sustainable -- showcase for Nancie's talents.
